Hi looking if someone can help.

I changed my phone from Iphone Xs to Iphone 13.

I transferred the sim over, the calling works, but my 4G doesn't.

Is it because Iphone 13 supports 5G and the Xs only 4G?

If so what do i need to do please?

@DanP1

It should still work on 4g fine.

I'd suggest a new sim, you can get one in any O2 store or by contacting O2 online.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

As mentioned above this should work fine. The only thing you shouldn’t get it 5G as your sim will be too old. Get a new one requested or even better, request an esim transfer kit. I did that with my iPhone 13 Pro Max

iPhone 13 Pro Max 25gBG,
iPad 9th Gen,
Apple Watch Ultra,
,Airpod Pro,
Apple TV 4K,
Apple TV HD,
HomePods,
