Can anyone tell me why I keep seeing online that people who have been with o2 less years then I have are getting better offers. Last month people was able to claim a free bottle of champagne/ carava and this month a £5 argos gift card and nothing ever seems to be offered to me and I have been with o2 15 years ?

@Anon1 As far as I'm aware, the offers are random. There are millions of customers trying to get very few offers. These are the Terms & Conditions:
