@Anonymous This is not customer service. We are all customers here like you. If you've only just paid your bill the system will not update immediately. It usually takes 24 hours. You will probably also have to contact customer service to unblock your account. http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Also a reconnecting fee which is usually around £15 I believe
