Hi I've got a replacement iPhone 6s and when I put the sim in it say Sim not supported ? Any help

It means it's locked to a different network from the the sim you are trying in it.
Where did the replacement phone come from?

Just another thought...Where did you get the replacement phone from? It sounds as if it is locked to another network if you didnt buy it from O2?
