Solved: No Signal

Hi,

I just upgraded my phone to an iPhone13. I’ve inserted the SIM but I still get no signal.

I’ve restarted my phone and put in on and off aeroplane mode and this doesn’t solve the problem.

How do I fix it?

Have you done a sim swap at all from your old sim card to the new card as per the instructions in the sim wallet?

If not then follow this guide here Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

Or just use your old Sim Card in the new iPhone
