No 4G after nearly a week.

I recently moved from EE to O2.

I got my iphone 5 unlocked by EE.  When my new o2 sim arrived, everything worked ok.  I got my old number ported over via PAC code and ever since the 4G has not worked (ported about 6 days ago)

The O2 site rather unhelpfully shows this:

Apparently the Iphone 5 does not support 4g(!)  I have tried the "Reset Network Settings" fix and rebooted the phone to no avail.

Any ideas?

As jonsie said, the 5 does not support the spectrum of o2's 4G band.

As jonsie has said unfortunately the frequencies that O2 use for 4G are not supported by the phone itself. There is nothing you can do unless you either upgrade or move providers again

Or perhaps sell the iP5 and buy the iP5s

Just a thought.
