Hello, 

 

I order a new phone of the 11th April with next day delivery (12th April) and my new phone hasn’t arrived. I order this phone as I need a new one as my old one has stopped working. I need a phone as I use it to talk to clients for my job.

You would need to contact the Sales Team direct

you can call them on 0800 081 0255

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
