Dear All,

 

I am holding a line pay as you go and suddenly i have no service.

I try to top up but the line is not active.

Is anybody to help what happened.

 @Anonymous  When was the last time you made a chargeable call or sent a text? If you haven't done so in the last six months your number would be deactivated. If you can borrow someone's phone, call O2 customer service on 0800 032 1402 to see if they can reactivate your account.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Have you used the phone in the last 6 months?
If not it will have been turned off.
You need to contact customer service from another phone
