My mobile data kicks back in today but it is not available on my device, why?

No, you won't lose anything as long as you don't "erase all"
Just hold home and power together until the Apple logo appears on screen.
Also check your MyO2 for the device to see if the allowance has renewed in there http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Try rebooting the iPad, but are you sure it's not midnight tonight when it renews?

Hi MI5,

 

Thanks for your suggestion. 

My other device’s data, on the same contract date is back so yes I am sure it should have been back last night at midnight.

Reseting will not affect nor loose any of my stuff will it??

My O2 is confirming that the data should be back on. Done the reset and it is all fine now.
