Hi mellyg

We do know O2 give Goodwill gestures on an individual case basis.

I would think any offer like this would be attached after despatch of the phone.

Maybe as a credit to your bill.

A person would need to contact Cust Service on 202 to confirm their agreement. ->

Hi there @Anonymous ,

These credits, when they are due, are processes automatically, there is no need to claim them and they are not Good will gestures as mentioned, they are part of the deal, it's an O2 promise. When was your order placed (date), dispatched and what tariff did you order?

Loyalty credit was mentioned here in the big iphone thread http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Apple-iOS-Devices-iPhone-iPad/iPhone-6-PreOrder/m-p/765595#M127657

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I would have thought you would have to wait until at least the second bill in case the phone was sent back and the contract cancelled.
