Need to gain access into the iphones to change the sims. how do i open the device to put the new sims in? thank you

You push the release pin into the small hole on the side of the phone.

This then pops out the sim tray which you pull out to replace the sim card.

If you don't have the tool anymore, you can use a paper clip.
