What to do if your iPhone 11 Pro Max is getting hot while browsing (ie. safari, google & Facebook)?

How hot?

It's normal to feel some heat as the processor is working and heat is generated.

If you feel it is excessive you should make an appointment with Apple to have it checked https://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/
