HI I can't seem to use my I PAD when I don't have a Wi FI connection. Ayy ideas ? Hx

Assuming you have a mobile data sim attached to the iPad start off by checking that mobile data is enabled in settings, also scroll down to check that all apps have access to data granted.

If that doesn't work, try resetting your network settings to reset your apn, which should be "idata.o2.co.uk" when in the UK.

Finally if still no luck, message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
