Do you mean spammers are using your number?

If so it happens a lot. Usually they just move on. 

Not much you can do

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Nothing you can do at all.

It's an issue which the powers that be are trying to resolve, but it's early days.

Number spoofing scams - Ofcom

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
