I am trying to connect an iPhone 12 mini to an HP Envy laptop to set up a hotspot. For some reason it won’t allow me to connect?

Any error messages would help us to diagnose.

Do you have the iData bolt on?

Have you set your laptop to an unmetered connection?

Is it allowing you to enter the password etc......
