Feeling as if I've been taken advantage of

Anonymous
Not applicable

A year ago I started paying a higher tariff on the promise of an automatic iPhone upgrade - now, in spite of repeated visits to O2 stores in London and Manchester I am told that there are no stocks of the 7 plus - first it was call again in mid-November, then end November, now Mid-December.

You may well blame Apple for not providing the stock but I entered into a contract with you and you have not supplied what I was promised and expected.

What redress can I expect?

Nothing from here I'm afraid as we are all customers like yourself.
If O2 don't have stock, then they don't have stock, so can't make one appear.....
If you wish to complain to O2 it is on this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

If rumours are to be believed Apple are reducing stock of the iPhone 7....http://www.macrumors.com/2016/12/01/apple-reduces-iphone-7-orders/

So whilst your contract is with O2, I'm not sure they can be held responsible for a decision made by Apple...?
