Hi All

I bought 2nd gen Apple Airpods from 02Shop in April this year and I've found that one pod is faulty and won't keep charge. I appreciate I am outside of the initial 14 and 30 day periods. What steps should I take to use any automatic warranty with 02shop and try to get a replacement?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Dugald

Many thanks MI5, much appreciated. I'll try and do the 02 link and see if I can get a repair started asap.
