Error Code 10 Not Resolved

I've had an Apple Watch error code 10 since 11th October and still not resolved. No data on my Apple watch 4 for 3 weeks. Apparently it's going to be "reviewed" tomorrow and someone will call. Won't hold my breath from recent experience of "someone will call". AND I don't want it reviewed I'd like it fixed. Please.

Maybe if I post on here something might happen?

Well, no surprise. O2 didn't call. If I wasn't tied to O2 for my iPhone contract I'd be finding another provider by now. Throughly fed up.

@SHC  O2 rarely call customers back. However there was a problem with customer services yesterday.

No-one could contact them as the systems were down. Even live chat waas affected.

Just an update - still no data and no recent contact from o2 despite asking on chat for someone to let me know what’s being done. Had the Watch checked by Apple - no fault. My o2 account says Watch plan active.

Anyone else still getting error code 10? 4 months and counting and now can’t activate mobile data on Watch app?! Customer service cannot help, 202 can’t help and no live chat. Obvs I’m still paying coz, well, O2 right. 😞

Someone on a different thread, phoned Apple and they said it would be resolved on the next update?!!

Maybe give them a call yourself? It's more than ridiculous.

Thanks. O2 told me their own tech support team are releasing a software update that will fix it..in mid April!
