Hi, on Friday morning I went to upgrade my phone. I completed the delivery for the IPhone 13. When it came to delivery options it gave me an option of between 6-10pm of the same day. But over 24 hours on from completing the order I still have no updates. It still shows as in progress, but no emails since. I paid the £15 for delivery etc to just sit in last night and not receive anything. I cannot get through to customer service, nor webchat. I’m unsure what to do, as I have been checking that the specific phone i ordered and in the specific colour was in stock, which it was. I’ve had no updates to say otherwise. I know it’s highly doubtful that it’ll get delivered today (Saturday), but I just don’t get why same day delivery was an option when you don’t even receive it within the given timeframe.

@MrKipling56

Stock levels on website mean nothing.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Thanks
