Is the call registered in your call logs? 

If not you need to call customer service and query it.

If the call is logged then you need to find out who made the call.

It could also be an 09 premium rate number in UK https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/other-numbers-and-charges
09 numbers are charged including a 55p per minute access charge.
091 numbers are premium rate numbers which are usually used for services such as horoscope readings, competitions and high-end technical support.
Have you had to call tech support for help with your computer or laptop etc?

If it's in the logs then someone has called from your phone.

Does anyone have access to your phone or do you leave it unattended?

Do you have TU installed and also on a PC that someone could use?
