My phone is broken. The back is smashed and the volume button doesn’t work. Slowly and slowly it’s start to not work. I’m not receiving calls properly either. I still have to years left if my contract so what should I do?

Have you got phone insurance or cover via house insurance or bank? If not you can see if it can be repaired, but it won't be cheap

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Contact Apple to see what they can do for you Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple (UK)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
