Blocked voicemail

I need the number to unblock my voicemail please so all I have to do is hit the red sign on my phone unknown to me I blocked the phone on this bit and it has never worked because I never knew it did until it was shown to me today and when they tried it and asked me the number I didn't know what they were talking about.

If not try turning it off via dialling 1760 and then back on via 1750

If no joy speak to O2 customer services.

I think they mean they have deleted the voicemail dial number which as stated is 901 wink
