Hi, I have an issue with an iphone 11 (bought reconditioned but as new).

There is an issue with the battery. The iphone turns itself off on its own, usually at around 40% bettery and then restarts indicating 0% battery. I have had indications that the battery is not an apple approved battery.

I have downloaded news software (this took all night to do by the way) and have managed to restore and back up but the phone still has the same issue. Its still turning itself on and off and not powering up properly.

This has rendered the phone useless to me. I purchased this in September and it is insured.

Please can you advise on replacement or repair process.

Thank you.
