Why still cant call or send messages although they already taken the payments in my accoun??? Even i cant call costumer service???? What should i do???

When was payment taken?
It can sometimes take up to 24 hours to reconnect services.
Try also re starting your phone.

There is a number on this link to call from a landline or you can use any O2 phone to dial the CS short codes http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Ifor you go instore they will allow you to call customer service. Reconnection will normally take place at midnight. ..

Do you perhaps have a friend / work colleague who is on an O2 contract so you could use their phone to ring 202 ? Nkt someone on O2 Payg as they cannot dial out to 202.
