Apple Watch mobile data setup not working

Had a very frustrating day, received my Apple Watch series 5, set up going great until I tried to connect to mobile data. It keeps failing and saying something went wrong and to call o2 quoting reference code 15. So I’ve tried calling today but can I get through to them on the phone or via we chat???? Not at all!!! Anyone else having this problem and any ideas on how to fix it?

Thre is a system issue with setting them up currently.

Hang on until i's fixed.

And when they do, they will be in touch offering us a bundle of cash for the inconvenience caused. 

 

They will get payment by strapping it to a fleet of flying pigs.....
