Hi, I’ve bought an Apple Watch SE for my son to use. It’s been paired with my phone through as a family watch and is linked to my own o2 account. However, when I try and set up cellular data on pairing it says the o2 account on my iPhone cannot be used to add a cellular plan to the Apple Watch. I bought the watch with a plan (linked to my o2 account) so I don’t know why it’s not letting me. Can anyone help? I have an iPhone 12, unlimited data, pay monthly account. Thanks

There have been many such issues lately - rather than add the (protracted) set of instructions here, @CPTG2504, I think it best to have an O2 Advisor help out from the start - tagging @O2Sarah- who is on after 8am. There are some questions she needs answered privately to proceed, so keep an eye on your Forum Messages section (undere the envelope icon at top right on a PC, or click on your Avatar pic top right and choose Messages from dropdown if on a mobile or tablet) for her response. Hi. I also bought a iWatch SE for my elderly father on 24 Dec. His phone account is an additional number on my account. We have had two weeks of pain and fury trying to get this to work with endless calls to O2 and multiple visits to O2 stores. @O2Sarah- please can you help me too?

Thank you @O2Sarah- for your reply yesterday; I appreciate that you had problems accessing my account.
However I really need some answers on this today, when you are available. If I need to access the iwatch, I'll have to take days off work to go to my father's home and explore this further, probably Thursday if necessary. Dad is now back home, 2.5 hrs drive away, so this is not simple.
In short, we've spent 2-3 hours each working day for nearly 3 weeks trying to sort this issue out with O2 - we urgently need some progress here.

I have got the same problem for Apple Watch SE. I bought the new Apple Watch SE for my daughter and son and purchased the data for the Watch via the phone. The status are showing “Activiting” and stuck for 2 weeks.
I tried to visit O2 store to solve this problem, the shop advisor told me to call the customer hotline to solve the problem. Then, I called to the customer hotline. Unfortunately, the advisor told me go to the store to solve the problem.
@O2Sarah- Please can anyone can help me to solve the problem?
