I upgraded to 5s. Received my confirmation/welcoming letter - ie welcome to the world of 4G - I still have 3G? Is there something I gave to do?

It should say 4G somewhere on the SIM itself if you have a 4G SIM, if it says 3G instead you need to get a new 4G SIM and then do a SIM swap. If you have an O2 store near you they can do that instore.

You can reset your settings via

Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings.

Try rebooting the phone by Hold the Top Button and Home Button until the Apple Logo appears, and then let go of both. Your iPhone will reset.

Lastly check with O2 Cs on 202 to ensure your account is ok.
