2nd watch and same issue. I have returned my watch due to unresolved issues. 2 weeks of phoncalles, so I get another watch and same problem. With 1st watch I had code 49, then code.92. With current watch I have code 56z both Apple watch 7, everything  to date. I’ve tried with different phone and the same. It’s actually unbelievable that none is who can help me. Any idea ? Thanks

Have you spoken to Apple about these error codes? As they may be able to give you some further advice with which to go back to o2 with.

As We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Any previous watches on your account need to be removed by O2.

You also need to get O2 to connect the watch to your number.

A monthly contract sim with O2 is required (not PAYG) and you also need to have a direct debit setup to pay your bills from (manual payments won't allow the connection).

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
