hi i have a htc m8 and just swapped over tosim pay as u go and now i am unable to enter competions to radio stations i have contacted o2 and had 18 restrictions removed but i am still not able to send

You need to check whether you have enough credit on your phone.

Otherwise call 4445 tomorrow.

You can't send texts to chargeable shortcodes from your bundle allowances.

Your bundle texts are only for texting other UK mobiles (and landlines).

You must top up over the amount required to buy your bundle to enable you to have credit to send texts to chargeable numbers.
