Hello, i've a samsung s4 & full insurance from o2. My phone has started to switch itself off quite often even though the battery has a charge. It won't start up again until i plug my charger into the mains and when it starts up again i still have a good percentage of battery remaining. I'm confused !!!!!! Can i demand a new phone as it was new in July 2013. Thanks guys.

Defo only needs a new battery. No need to replace entire phone.
