Basically as the subject says. Every so often I loose all the authenticated wifi spots I have on my phone. I used to work for tech support. Have googled it but found nothing any ideas ?

Hi @Anonymous

Has this just started happening and did you perform a hard reset after any recent firmware update.

If you open settings >> accounts >>scroll down to 'backup and reset' and make sure you have 'back up my data' ticked. This should back up wifi passwords to Google servers.

I have two Samsungs presently and if I sign into a wifi network on one, the other will automatically sign in when the network is selected. This also happens with my Nexus 7 becaause all the passwords are backed up to google servers.
