no call recognition

Hi all,  I'm v frustrated with this pixel 7.  call recognition does not work for i/c calls and msgs. I can check the recent activity and it will only show who I made o/g calls to but i/c are all labelled 'unknown'.  any ideas how I can enable this, or why it doesn't work?

Don't blame you nothing worse than "not working"

The only thing I can suggest (and you may have visited this thought) try the Pixel 7 help line apparently there is one.

Try turning off 4g calling in the phone settings.

Sometimes fixes the issue for others.
