Help. I can obtain all information on my pc but nothing on my phone. I have uninstalled and started again but screen goes blanc. Did hear about a recent upgrade has stopped app working. Any ideas. Thanks folks

Hi Bro. Bought my Samsung S3 mini April 2015 and been able to obtain all details re outstanding data, mins and texts via O2 app. But since 12 November (latest upgrade) nothing. Spoke to Manager in O2 shop and he seemed to think that the latest upgrade has stopped certain phones working with the O2 app. Maybe wait for the next upgrade it might work!! Having a laugh....
Prob wait for renew and buy a pidgeon!!
So its a Samsung S3 mini running on Android 4.2.2.

Hi. Same as before. nothing. screen goes blue and thats it.
Will prob wait now for new contract next year although if i keep same phone prob wont go away.
Maybe a new phone is required and terms.
