port my old number from another network im on pay as you go but not surw how you do this on here any advice would be appreated thank you

You need to get a PAC from your old network, then call 4445 when you have an O2 phone and give the operator the PAC. They will then switch your old number to your new O2 sim card.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)
