everytime i open a web page it tells me chrome has stopped

Settings >Applications nano find chrome.
Clear cache and data then reboot.
See if that helps.

Is it a built in app? Do you have the option to delete or un install the app? If not force stop or un install updates and it will give you the option to install the app again. Usually any problems are due to a corrupt profile so try signing out.
