i have a Samsung ace ,i cannot send photos,just says sending

Hi and Welcome to the community forum,

Are you new to the 02 network ?

If so you may need to contact 02 on 202 for contract or 4445 for payg to have your account provisioned.

Don't use Live Chat for this.

I'm assuming your referring to MMS - Multi Media Messaging Service.

So please check the APN Settings in your handset.

Ensure you have the internet {3G} switched on too to allow MMS.

Have you just got the phone / sim, or did it work previously but has now stopped?

If you haven't got a data allowance and have switched off data so it doesn't run down your credit/affect your bill, MMS wont work.

Can you be more specific?
