When I upgraded both my phones they came with a free earbud offer but I have yet to receive a text to redeem this offer. Its been over 30 days now.

Payment screen blank.

When trying to make payments the screen goes blank. I have reinstalled the app but the same thing happens when the payment screen should come up it doesn't. Any assistance would be appreciated.
