Wifi calling galaxy A20e

Had this for 2 weeks and enabled wifi calling, used it 3 times including today for an hour, the wifi calling has now disappeared from my settings and drop down menu, any ideas?

I restarted, also took out sim and inserted it again. Nothing

Reboot your router too.

This is a know bug with Samsung, and the advice I was given by Samsung Enterprise Support was as follows:

After an update when this issue occurs do this

1. switch of phone

2. remove sim card

3. insert simcard

4. start phone

from the top pull down menu you will see that the wifi calling icon has returned.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
