Hi all, i have an issue with Wifi Calling on my Samsung S9, I have just recently activated it and it says it's enabled on my phone but still can't call or send texts on wifi any help would be appreciated?

Suggests it isn't setup properly @Dode09 

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

No one can send or receive texts as O2 don't support them over wifi.

As for calling, do you have the wifi calling symbol on the top of the screen?
