Ive just bought an S7 a few hours ago. Its coming up Voicemail Number Unknown, when i click it already has 901 in it i cant change it to anything else to change it back to 901. Ive cleared the phone data and cache and it goes untill i restart the phone and it appears again. Ive tried dialing 1750 and 1760 but when i do it just beeps a few times and disconnects the call.

Where did you get the phone?
Is it an O2 phone?

It's OK, it should be 901, so that's fine and o2 software doesn't allow any changes.
Have you logged into Tugo on phone or on another device?

Ah, It sounds like the Tugo voicemail bug.
Log into Tugo on new phone and turn off vm in settings. Log out of Tugo and restart phone then dial 1750 to turn on vm.
Should sort it out.
