Visual voicemail

It's probably been asked many times before, but i noticed on the o2 website it had instructions on how to enabled visual voicemail on a Oneplus 6 phone.  So i thought great, and followed the insturctions, only the option to enabled visual voice mail is missing, and not shown.

So i call o2, saying im following your instructions, but its not showing as an option, do you need to enable it on my account?  The reply came back its only supported on Apple..  A bit bizarre to do a how to feature on a none supported device.

It’s supposed to be coming to Android but it’s not quite made it yet.

Hi @xtruss, I was wondering if you were trying to do this on a OnePlus 6 device? If you are then it should work, however if you are using any other device it wouldn't work as those instructions only apply to the OnePlus 6.

Hi EmilieT,  i am indeed trying to do this on a Oneplus 6 phone, that i purchased dirrect from o2.  Any guidence would be appreciated.

Doesn't work on my OP6 either.....

@xtruss @MI5 When I checked this morning I was told it should work on One Plus 6 devices following those instructions, but let me see if I can find out more now
