Hi, I’ve filled in the form to get my LG G7 thinq unlocked, and have received the email with the code and instructions. However, the instructions says to click on service provider lock and then enter the code but it tells me “your phone is not personalised” and have to click dismiss. I can click on network lock and enter a code but the code I’ve been govern doesn’t work! I have tried a different sim but it says the network is locked. Any help would be appreciated thanks

You are the second person in the last week with the same issue with an LG phone.

You do need the network unlock screen but with the correct code.

Has your phone been changed under insurance or anything since you took the contract out?

Maybe @Korey01 can help further?

I tried to fill in the form again to get another code however it said I’ve already applied for it to be unlocked so can’t fill it out again. Anyone know how I would get a correct code?
