request via online application to unlock this phone had no reply as of yet is there anyone who can help ?

Hi Emilie, I asked for my iphone6 to be unlocked on 5 Sept. Still no joy. I have called twice and IM'd and each time there is an 'issue' with the technical department. Can you help please? Thanks- Kate
