Only EE can unlock it, unless you take it to a High Street store, but that will invalidate any warranty you may still have on the phone.

You need to contact EE.
Only the network that locked it can unlock it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I cannot call them as I have no signal due to my number being transfered. Can I do this by going into store?

You should be able to do it by going into an EE store and explaining your problem...

Maybe, but this is an O2 customer forum, so we could not say for sure.

you can unlock your handset here https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/device-unlock/?WT.mc_id=ON_MEC_A_AffWin_VigLink%20Inc and costs £8.99

normally it is unlocked within 10 days however i have just done this for a customer and it took nearly 4 weeks!
