Hey guys, 4 days ago i got a Z3 and I am very happy with it... however once yesterday and once today the screen will glitch out and then the phone will go black. I can feel the phone vibrate when i push the buttons but the only way to fix is to do a hard reset with the button in the SD card slot.

Is this a hardware issue? Should i get a replacement?

As you only got the phone 4 days ago you are entitled to a brand new replacement. Don't try fixing it. Return it immediately.

Have you got any power saving apps on or anything like that?

I'd agree with Bambino - just take it back for a replacement.

Agree with bambino, take it back and swap it out.
Nothing wrong with asking to check over the new one in store either, they should happily allow it.
