Sony Xperia 1 II availability

I'm waiting to upgrade to the Xperia 1 II, any idea when this will become available please?

Just to mention @viridis is our Sony expert and works closely with them on their forums etc.

If he thinks it will be June then he probably knows more than O2. Just saying.

You'd think, not this time though.
Going by historical releases and when O2s current Xperia discount offers end, both are around the first week of June, maybe the 4th/5th with very little pre order, or preorder opens then or maybe it's none of these. Trust me, I've asked the right people and the answer is. "I don't know, but it's soony"
You'll all know though cuz I'll be first in line to order it.

From what i have seen around the web.. The launch price sim free will be not far off £1K..

The only release date I have seen is for the US which says the 24th July, with it only just been released in Japan...

No dates have yet been confirmed for the EU...

I'm waiting for the Sony Xperia 10 II it's been released in Hong Kong and Taiwan plus Poland and I think Czech Republic have got it, but still no release date here in the uk according to Sony uk
@viridis does he know or heard if the 10 mark II has a fm radio on it
