So slow internet

I've got a Google pixel 7pro and just today it's starting to lag with internet so I'm using my 5g don't no why this is happening I've turned phone on and off tried with WiFi but it's just slow any help much appreciated thank you

If it's only slow on wifi try rebooting your wifi router and forget the connection on your phone and reconnect.
