Hi all I’ve had my Samsung phone for 14 months already been repaired once, well a re-furnished one was sent, it’s back in for repair again, the signal is terrible, people can not here me, people call and it does not ring it’s shocking you pay good money for a flagship 5g phone and I’m getting no service, I’ve been with o2 14 years and never had these issues is it the phone?  I was called to say try keeping it on 4g I’m paying for 5g

@Jen14

More likely to be a network issue that a phone issue so keeping it on 4g may well be the fix for you.

5g is free in that there is no extra charge for it, so you're not losing out financially anyway.

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
