When i was on phone earlier talking another friend rang me and i could see her in pop up at top phone.

 

How do i turn this off please ?

 

I want it so if i on phone its engaged if someone else rings me

Go into the settings in the phone app and turn off call waiting.

Go into your Dialer Application. Select the 3 dots at the top right choose setting

Scroll down to Other Call Setting then move the slider for Call Waiting to off

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
