Anyone still awaiting on their Samsung S22 device? I ordered mine 5 weeks ago and still have nothing with no update as to when stock is coming. I paid £88 to upgrade early from my current phone (Samsung S20) so I feel like I have wasted money on nothing. O2 have have been very laxed with the updates. I really thought asfter 5 weeks I would have had an update by now

Samsung are struggling with providing inventory to the Mobile Networks and are priortising Samsung Direct Customers and Enterprise Customers...
So blame Samsung and there decisions.
You can try the sales team and see if they can provide an update,
message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
